1) Keep a journal!! Record "EVERYTHING" you put in your mouth.. you will be surprised the little amount of calories we eat on this plan (and get full) compared to what we ate before to be the size we are now.. I am eating right around 1000 calories now and I know now I was eating close to 2000 a day.. It is really amazing:)

2) Drink all the water -- they say to drink 64 ounces a day well make sure you do.. or you will retain water and the scale will show that..

3) You have to "move it to lose it" EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!! EXCERCISE!! WALK OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT FOR AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR EVERYDAY..

4) Weigh only once a week. The loss is more and a great feeling to lose 2-5 lbs rather than .5 if you weigh everyday.

5) Plan ahead.. Know what you are going to eat the day before so you can be stocked with all the grocery foods that are allowed..

6) Remember "YOU ARE THE BOSS" Don't let anyone or anything influence you.. Stay on track no matter what.

7) Don't expect to lose it in a month or two.. It took longer to gain it.

8) Blog,,chat and keep a good support system at home and/or work ..

Just wanted to root for my team!!

We had a Halloween pot luck at work yesterday and OMG I feel like crap.. I am sick to my stomach and have the runs and I feel FAT.. My ankles are swollen and I have NO energy..I am scared to weigh myself. Wednesday is my weigh day so I am going to wait til then.. I only ate the things I thought were good for me and I guess I was wrong.. I will never do it again.. I will be the party pooper and sit in the corner and eat my NUTRI-SYSTEM.. So take it from me.DONT eat potluck!!

Here is a simple trick on how to buy bananas.. When I buy them I don't like to buy a whole bunch together, because they ALL get ripe at the same time.. SO, I seperate them,, I get a few of the "ripe today ones" and a few of the "greener" ones and a few of the " real green ones" then I have bananas for the week and I dont have to hurry and eat them before they turn into "banana bread" bananas..( which we can't eat :( ) Hope this trick is news to some of you? I really hate to get my bananas at Costco they really ripen all on the same day!!
HEY does anyone know what the frozen food is that I hear about? How do we get it? And is it better? Thanks to all who respond and help me out...
if you havent tried the spaghetti with meatsauce..you have to.. it is the best spaghetti i have ever had YUM!!
OMG!! I had the best french toast today. NS style of course .I sliced a apple scone in half lengthwise and dipped it in one egg the put it in a preheated pan with pam and turned it once. I put SF syrup on it and some fresn strawberries and it was delish!! It counts as 1 breakfast entry ,1 fruit,and 1 protein, and a free food... You have to try it.Its awesome!! have a great night everyone:)
Well I have decided to make this as painless and convienent as possible. I am so thankful for the snack sized baggies.. I buy ,wash, grapes and put 15 in the bags and I do the same for carrots,celery,etc.Also I cook chx *** and pre-portion in 1 oz baggies for my protein serving and I cook eggs too ahead of time.. It makes it so much easier to just grab and easily pack my lunch everyday. I have claimed two drawers in the fridge for MY THINGS and everyone know not to eat them..!! So, take the work out of packing lunches everyday and plan ahead.. If anyone has any other timesaving ideas when dieting please let me know!!Thanks !! HAve a nice night.
