Well I have decided to make this as painless and convienent as possible. I am so thankful for the snack sized baggies.. I buy ,wash, grapes and put 15 in the bags and I do the same for carrots,celery,etc.Also I cook chx *** and pre-portion in 1 oz baggies for my protein serving and I cook eggs too ahead of time.. It makes it so much easier to just grab and easily pack my lunch everyday. I have claimed two drawers in the fridge for MY THINGS and everyone know not to eat them..!! So, take the work out of packing lunches everyday and plan ahead.. If anyone has any other timesaving ideas when dieting please let me know!!Thanks !! HAve a nice night.

1) Keep a journal!! Record "EVERYTHING" you put in your mouth.. you will be surprised the little amount of calories we eat on this plan (and get full) compared to what we ate before to be the size we are now.. I am eating right around 1000 calories now and I know now I was eating close to 2000 a day.. It is really amazing:)

2) Drink all the water -- they say to drink 64 ounces a day well make sure you do.. or you will retain water and the scale will show that..

3) You have to "move it to lose it" EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!! EXCERCISE!! WALK OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT FOR AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR EVERYDAY..

4) Weigh only once a week. The loss is more and a great feeling to lose 2-5 lbs rather than .5 if you weigh everyday.

5) Plan ahead.. Know what you are going to eat the day before so you can be stocked with all the grocery foods that are allowed..

6) Remember "YOU ARE THE BOSS" Don't let anyone or anything influence you.. Stay on track no matter what.

7) Don't expect to lose it in a month or two.. It took longer to gain it.

8) Blog,,chat and keep a good support system at home and/or work ..

There's  another bear in a box of food on his way to my house!!!! I might open a zoo!! LOL!! I am down 30 lbs ,and I am so excited!!! I haven't exercised as I was when I started this on Sept 1st,but I am still losing weight and can't wait for spring, to get out and walk outside once again. I find the treadmill boring!! It is 45* here in Idaho today so I am going for a walk .I know we have more winter coming tho :( 

 I have to tell you about three foods I have been eating: 

Banana nut muffin  -- Delish

Peppermint cookie patty --  To die for

and I have been eating "edamame"(1/3 cup) for my protein choice for lunch and snacks.. It is very filling.. costco has it in their freezer section you get a huge box of individial sized microwavable bags. How easy is that?

Try some of these choices if you haven't already..

WOW !! I lost 2.5 lbs this week.. I cant believe it because I have been cheating BUT NS has taught me how to cheat with the right choices and PORTION CONTROL.. I am so happy I have learned all of this.. I joind on September 1,2009 and i am down 34.5 lbs.. 50 to goal.. I know I can do it now.. Thanks bloggers you are great..

Well, I have been on the program since September 1st and actually have been doing great. I have lost 28 lbs and have  run out of clothes that fit well. But the problem is I go to work everyday and no one ever notices that I have lost weight UNTIL today!!  A friend visited that I havent seen in about three months .She says" omg Cindy you look good ,have you lost weight?" I said yes about 30 lbs and thanks for noticing..It was a wonderful feeling and good for my ego..

  Has any other ns friends experienced this?

   

 

 
 

I found the best exercise cd.. everyone on this program HAS to get one and use it to work out....

  You won't regret it.. You can preview the songs on there before you buy it..
