There's another bear in a box of food on his way to my house!!!! I might open a zoo!! LOL!! I am down 30 lbs ,and I am so excited!!! I haven't exercised as I was when I started this on Sept 1st,but I am still losing weight and can't wait for spring, to get out and walk outside once again. I find the treadmill boring!! It is 45* here in Idaho today so I am going for a walk .I know we have more winter coming tho :(
I have to tell you about three foods I have been eating:
Banana nut muffin -- Delish
Peppermint cookie patty -- To die for
and I have been eating "edamame"(1/3 cup) for my protein choice for lunch and snacks.. It is very filling.. costco has it in their freezer section you get a huge box of individial sized microwavable bags. How easy is that?
