1) Keep a journal!! Record "EVERYTHING" you put in your mouth.. you will be surprised the little amount of calories we eat on this plan (and get full) compared to what we ate before to be the size we are now.. I am eating right around 1000 calories now and I know now I was eating close to 2000 a day.. It is really amazing:)
2) Drink all the water -- they say to drink 64 ounces a day well make sure you do.. or you will retain water and the scale will show that..
3) You have to "move it to lose it" EXERCISE!! EXERCISE!! EXCERCISE!! WALK OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT FOR AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR EVERYDAY..
4) Weigh only once a week. The loss is more and a great feeling to lose 2-5 lbs rather than .5 if you weigh everyday.
5) Plan ahead.. Know what you are going to eat the day before so you can be stocked with all the grocery foods that are allowed..
6) Remember "YOU ARE THE BOSS" Don't let anyone or anything influence you.. Stay on track no matter what.
7) Don't expect to lose it in a month or two.. It took longer to gain it.
8) Blog,,chat and keep a good support system at home and/or work ..
