You can be on the frozen plan (every day frozen food) for about $400 a month.
For me though, I'm on the regular plan ($300 a month) and they send me a week of frozen food for my "free" week. Not sure how or why, but I like it! It's very good!

I'm new to the program, and I've tried some. To be honest, I'm not overy impressed, but I've really only tried the breakfasts so far. Maybe the dinner entrees are better????

If you want to give the frozen foods a try without changing your plan, order them a la carte. They have a one week package available. It's a good way to taste test some of the meals, without the commitment.
