Well
I have decided to make this as painless and convienent as possible. I
am so thankful for the snack sized baggies.. I buy ,wash, grapes and
put 15 in the bags and I do the same for carrots,celery,etc.Also I cook
chx *** and pre-portion in 1 oz baggies for my protein serving and I
cook eggs too ahead of time.. It makes it so much easier to just grab
and easily pack my lunch everyday. I have claimed two drawers in the
fridge for MY THINGS and everyone know not to eat them..!! So, take the
work out of packing lunches everyday and plan ahead.. If anyone has any
other timesaving ideas when dieting please let me know!!Thanks !! HAve
