Hey Hey , everyone... Its Day 3 .. and im feeling good ..  All tho i feel hungry at nite but its to be accepted because i use to over eat... I need some support here.. i find in the afternoon is when i want to eat.. so i have  to go out side, or go to sleep till dinner so that i dont eat.. im working the program.. and going to continue  to do so .. But  it does help reading all these great progress reports.. Keep up the great work everyone..

I get hungry in the evening... so I try to save some calories & NS food (the sweet stuff;) for these times. Or I go to bed early.

interestingly enough for me, I find that if force myself to workout or do some type of activity, my hunger pangs go away. It's really strange. Give it a try!
