When I signed on this morning, I was overcome with emotion at all the comments.  Thanks to all of you for your comments of encourage that you left for me yesterday.   I don't know what to say except "THANK YOU". 

What is do is really nothing that is not done by many on here every day.  I think I do enjoy seeing myself and how much I have lost, but I have not lost anything compared to other on the Program.  Last night I was reading about a NS member  ( polarball) who has lost 200 lbs since March of this year.  Now that is one guy who should be congratualted amd then there are those of us who have lost over and under 50 lbs in a year.  Without nameing them you know who I am talking about.   All of you recieve a big Thanks from me.  You are the people that give me strength and encouragement to stay on the program and struggle to keep loosing 2 to 3 lbs a week.    I think all of us should be congratulated for perseverance. 

After a year, I am more convinced that ever that the thing that works on this program is perseverance.  What keep each of on the program is probably as personal as life itself, but let it be known that all of us who are here and who have lost weight and continue to loose weight are proud of ourselves and proud that we are becoming healthier.

A healthier life style is the "Going Green" of Nutrisystem.

NOW -- that I have Nutrisystem and your support -- My Choices of going off the program are limited ?
