Hi All. I was out of touch a bit this week traveling to Minneapolis for a trade show. It was a good week though. I took my NS food for breakfast, lunch and snacks, and practiced my new mindset skills at dinner.
The good news of the week is the Phillies are National League Champions again! Heading to the World Series to repeat!!
The week went pretty well, but till the end, I started to get a little lax with my food choices. I did keep my portions under control, but could have done a little better.
We did alot of walking in downtown Minneapolis though so the exercise was up for the week. It was such a good feeling to be able to do all that walking and standing during the show and not suffer pain in the legs and feet! Amazing what a little weight loss will do for you.
Got home yesterday afternoon and got right back on plan. Weekends are on my own so I always weigh in on Saturday morning so I can monitor how I did over the weekend.
Much to my surprise, I ended the week down .6 lbs for a total of 25.8 after 6 weeks on the program. I plan to be very diligent this weekend with my eating to see if I can drop a little more before my official 6 week weigh in on Monday.
