Tough Day!!! :(

Had a real crappy day. Tried to keep busy while warding off cravings and hunger between meals. Its mt 3rd complete day, its been the worst. Maybe its my monthy (you know what, girls) Any one else gone through this in the beginning? I'm scoffing down a salad and a spagetti w/meatsauce as i type. (and I dont even care that its the worst sauce I've ever had) Sorry about that. Usually The food is good, I'm not picky.   HELP, I'M STARVING!!

Beat those cravings with sugar free jello or baby carrots. We bought a Hamilton Beach slushie maker and make slushies or sno cones with Sugar Free Torani syrups and they seem really decadent. If you are just DYING for that chocolate fix, look for FF/SF jello instant puddings.

Seriously though, I think a lot of people go through that in the 3rd or 4th day because your body is adjusting to life without all that sugar and salt. It's sort of a detox. It will pass. Everyone else's suggestions are great, so I won't repeat them. Drink some extra water.
