Ok everyone..
It's been 2 weeks and to date I've lost 9 pounds! (Weighed myself today and lost 3 more this week, equaling 9 all together) Wooo. Only 80 more pounds to go. haha. I try not to look at it that way because its sooo much. Take it day by day and make my short term goal to lose 10 pounds, and then just repeat the goal after I lose the preceding 10. Its easier to look at 10 pounds, 8 times then 80 pounds, atleast for me.
