Here is the idea:
1. On the last day of each month and the 15th of each month I will post a blog entitled "The Loser's Club."
2. You report your stats on that day.
3. Offer any NSV's.
4. Keep it short! Hopefully many will participate so there will be lots to read.
My hope is to be able to see how you are doing all right here in one place. I/we can then cheer each other on by sending each other private messages, writing on their wall, or making a comment here AFTER everyone has posted their stats on that day.
I'll begin with mine to show what I think would be great for everyone to share, and I do so hope to see you here!
My August stats:
NS Member - End of Week 21 today
Weight - 204.6 (Beginning Weight 229.6)
August lbs lost - 5.2 (Total loss of 25 lbs)
August inches lost - 2 (Total loss of 11.5 inches)
NSV's: Burned over 15,000 calories in August, passing my goal of 13,000. Went on a 30 mile bike ride! I'm getting more and more active and I love it!
I love seeing the progress of my friends. I view their pages on a regular basis. I do this because I find it encouraging and motivating - even if they are doing much better than me. Everyone has their own race or journey. But I'm glad to be on it together with my new friends here on the NS site.
With that in mind I would love for whoever would like to participate to join The Loser's Club! I find it challening to see where everyone is at from month to month the longer I am here because my friends list grows. So I thought it would be great if I could see everyone's stats in one place. Right here! A little friendly competetion, fun, and comraderie is what I am looking for. Will you please consider participating?
