Today is my weigh-in day and I am officially past the halfway mark. I went on a trip a couple of weeks ago and did not stick to NS 100% but tried to make good choices. It must have worked because I actually lost a couple of pounds that week and this week I was back on the NS track and exercised every day and I was rewarded for my hard work because a lost a few more pounds which put me past the halfway mark. I don't post a lot of blogs but I read the blogs everyone else posts every day.
