Hello,
I'm on day 5 of NS and so far so good. I haven't had a problem staying on the program but my hubby wants to plan dinner out one night a week. We used to eat out 2 - 3 nights a week so I agreed to once a week to help him cope with me being on the program. I need tips please. How can I not blow the progress I've made all week in one night of eating out?
