Let the first day begin!!
First thing, I REALLY need to go grocery shopping after work - stuck my "on the go" meal planner in my purse to use to write a grocery list. Bringing 2 lunches, 2 dinners and 2 snack bars to keep in the office and a couple more snack bars to keep in the car to avoid the "pull of the drive through" and grabbing a bottle of water on my way out the door. Ok, I'm ready!! More tonight on how I did. Never thought I would ever blog in my life but all your comments are very encouraging and educational. Keep telling me what you do to help you stay on the program and make this truly life style change. I'm tired of being tired and out of shape and having back and knee pain. I'm ready for this!!
