2nd week
Well tomorrow is the day to weigh in for my 2nd week on NS.  I excited but scared because I really need to lose a lot.  I know I should only lose about 2 pounds a week but I also know my mind wants me to lose more and I don't want to set myself up for disappointment.  However, I will live through it because I have done great except for vegetables at night.  I bought the V8 juice as some suggested and that has helped.  Thank you to all made suggestions for both the exercise and vegetable struggles I was having.  I hope all of you have a great week.

I started on May 1. Just as honest as I can say the only cheat was an extra tomatoe or two...grape ones.
It has been what seemed slow at the time, but looking back..jet like now! you can do this! If I did anyone can, I was a food acholic, the NS has been satisfying and filling... let it work.. Think about something in the near future.. picture yourself in the same chair in the yard.. take a picture every couple of weeks and see if it does not feel like your taking up less chair.. just an idea but maybe it will help..
