Finally I am through one of the biggest hurdles I have had since starting with NS.  I went to a family reunion, had a wedding anniversary and a birthday and haven't gained any weight.  Hadn't lost any either until today and I have lost 2 lbs.  Now that doesn't sound like much but when you still have 89 pounds to lose every pound counts.  Got to get to work so I will try to write more later.  Have a great day!
