Day 6 - Planned the week

Today I planned out everything for the week so I won't have to think about anything to follow the program. I also did some walking.

Things really feel different this time. I feel like I can do this. Usually I get bored after a couple weeks and sabotage myself, but something tells me this time is going to be the time I make it.

I like to have a plan of what I'm going to eat. That usually includes cooking a big pot of rice or some other grain, and a batch of chicken *** or some other lean protein so I have that ready. Actually, my wife has been doing that for me of late. She's been a great support for me (she's also on the plan) and now she's starting to realize that what's good for the goose... Anyway, together we've lost almost 80 pounds in the three months we've been at this and planning ahead was a big part of that process.
