I don't know if it's from the change in diet or not getting enough sleep, but man I've felt tired the last few days. Combined with the rain, I just felt so lazy today. I did stay on plan with the food though...still 100%. I've really got to get some serious steps in tomorrow so I don't leave my self in trouble to meet my steps goal by Tuesday. I know I can do it though! And I'm very proud of my eating.
