I haven't even been online - felt to down. I have a half a dozen reasons to open up the flood gates on foods that make me happy. (Me, Me, Work, Family, Sleep, Work)...</P>
<P>I was at least keeping up the exercise until I sick/coughed until my back went out. I am on all kinds of meds for strep. Yippie.</P>
<P>The only thing that I have any hope in is my desire to get out there and do stuff. I committed to do one real sport a month at least aside from weights, yoga and cardio. I usually end up really sore!!! Skiing/snowboarding/roller skating/living room dancing; with that comes some pain. So I have gone to a medical massage therapist twice to work out some of that pain from lactic acid.</P>
<P>I hope there is still hope for me to get started on the foods again... really thinking missing the snack at 10 and 3 isn't helping either.</P>
<P>I am on my way this weekend, antibiotics and all, to a lodge in KY to hike for 3 days. Not sure about my 'diet' the exercise will definately be there and the peace of mind from being in nature!</P>

I told a friend I was having trouble and she said; hey I'll meet you at the Y and we can do our run together. You can stay and do the rest of your workout after.
I don't usually meet her so I felt inclind to not stand her up. Good thing cause it was the same for her and she had stayed up way to late Wii'ing the night before.
Since then I am back on my everyother day Weights and Cardio (C25K). Since, I got off track with my workouts I am doing both my Upper and Lower Weights to get more in before the "End" of the Month. Geez where did it GO!

Who got a Wii with WiiFit Plus this Christmas!!!! It is soo cool. I love it. I had to actually stop so I wouldn't be too sore for my run today.
I haven't lost much weight and I have been taking liberties with my diet. I am very conscious of the amount and type but not always from NS packages. I do wish I would have stayed more true to the mid- Morning and Day snacks. I did better today. :D
Overall on an upswing from being in my chair all the time to moving loads!

I have discovered it isn't my stomach that is the enemy; its my taste buds. They love to be coated in dip and salty chips or tickled by wine and chocolate.
So, the big family get together just wouldn't be complete with out a beer or two... Really, helps :O So not much progress on driving those WI numbers lower.
If the food doesn't get you oiy the germs. Darn - now I get to whine about the pain in my throat and the cough. Rats! I was all in a funk; as there was no time for exercise this weekend; going from a party to drive 3 hours to a funeral the next. My dear friend's ex-husband died tragically and leaves behind a beautiful 8 year old. She was very glad we where there to soften the visitation experience. Big weekend...:S
Rested yesterday (minus Christmas cards and present wrapping). Thought I was feeling better today; worked in my exercise (Made up Upper/Lower Weights then (Couch to 5k) Podcast1 Week 1 Day 3). It helped my guilt and felt ok...
Trying to catch up and normalize again before another party. I haven't figured out how parties are fun with out eating and drinking with wreckless abandon. The whole limit thing taints the experience to almost an intolerable level. Perhaps, I really liked parties for the food more than the company. Is that bad?!
I guess that shows I am too food centric; any clues on how to make them fun again?!
Going to go to bed and nuture that cold out of me. I hope I will be ready for my next work out and hope that I my only negativity will be my WI not my oinky-hackiness!!!

I went again tonight and got in my abs and lower body weight lifting. Then I proceded to the Treadmill - While rocking to Shakira I knocked off my mp3 player onto the treadmill. Did I stop the treadmill - no. Like a dog chasing the bumper of a car I dove down to get it and fell off the treadmill.
I got up really quickly; didn't want to look too uncool. LOL I had my kids first aid in the car for big skinned knees.. I wonder how many ounces I lost due to my injury :D
Hey at least I am working out! I wonder what I weigh... not enough to get on the scale - never at night! Maybe in the morning; I'll wake up another 30lbs lighter ? You think.... maybe in space..

Treadmill and exercise bike - 45 min and 60 min on upper body weights.
I don't want to get on the scale - still feeling a bit 'thick'. Maybe I'll be brave tomorrow am. Perhaps the cloud of the feast...need another week under my belt with some good results.
