Tomorrow May Be the Day that My FOOD is HERE...
I am excited and apprehensive at the same time. I would like to not have to do anything except pick my packages and eat them as directed. The whole figure out and portion other foods has me concerned. Unless, there is a way to set myself so it is a no brainer. I want to make little to no decisions during the week. Simple simple simple... I work 40-60 hours a week; I have three litle girls and I want to start carving out time for physical stuff not cooking or prepping. I may be in big trouble. I should do yoga tonight; this week has been rough at work and I just want to climb under my covers for a week... I know I'll feel better tomorrow. Deep breath, the calm before the storm of excited expectation and fear of disappointment. Peace to all!

It is very easy to keep it simple at first. Pick out a few things you like that are easy for your veggies, dairy/protein, and fruits. As time goes on you can add to your dishes or spice things up if you want. I kept my program very simple for the first month or so and have just recently started trying out different things I've found on the food tips boards. I have two young children also so I know what you mean about simple. You seriously can keep it simple the whole way through if you prefer (string cheese, boiled eggs prepared in advance, nuts for the fat, yogurt, easily edible fruits and veggies). Good luck to you on the program.

I have been on NS since Sept..it is all about simplicity for me. Breakfast- a NS item a piece of fruit and a hard boiled egg. Lunch- NS item, cottage cheese and a salad. Afternoon snack- a string cheese and a piece of fruit (I have been eating applesauce with no sugar as my fruit) Dinner- NS item, steamed veggies, buy the microwave steamed veggies Then finally your evening NS dessert. As you get used to the portions etc. you can change it up. I stuck with the filling things like the egg, string cheese, banana. Now down about 13 lbs.. Good Luck :)

Wow, thanks for all that!! Nice to have folks out there that understand. I have friends at work that really enjoy the process of shopping, preparing and carefully cooking delicious food. I love delicious food. Of course, most of those folks have a complete different load at home/work. I am not sure even if I had the time; I would feel that way about food prep.... Although, I love to fix the full blown T-day dinner. Oops guess I'll be fixing that for everyone else this year... The kids love to help... but I am not up for that outlay of energy more than a couple times A YEAR... LOL..

Thanks again!!! Really appreciate the feedback...
