Will Exercise Become More than an Idea
I was hoping that I would carve out time to get some exercise in at least 3x a week. Here is is again the end of the day and no exercise. I am just too tired at night, in the morning! Today was exceptionally draining! I jump up right in to meetings and work; kids come home it is time to fix dinner and help with homework... still helping with homework. Oh and I fit in sewing a TeePee for my 5 year olds Play. I am definitely not a morning person; I like the settle down time at night when everyone is supposed to be in bed. I am going to try and make sure I go to at least one yoga class at the Y; either tomorrow or Thursday. I see so many folks out there that are doing it; it is inspirational to say the least. Have a great day everyone out there! (OOh my first batch of food has SHIPPED) I told my husband to start making some room... :D - then the pressure will be on! eeks!
