A week on the road. I took my NS food with and on my first day I shopped for the veggies fruit ect. Hotel had a fridge so I was all set.
The first part of the weekwas a breeze, I was on my own and very busy. Toward the end of the week there was the usual "meeting of the minds" at the local bar and grill. The appetizers looked delicious. The beer looked good too. I managed to stay on track - no appetizers, no booze. I ordered a chef salad and found I could only eat half of it. Later, I broke the salad down into parts and logged it on the NS site food journal. Only about 350 calories if I counted right. This was the first time I have ever been able to resists at these meetings.
What was my reward? 2 more pounds lost - down a full 20 lbs. Success is sweet!
