Confused....
So this is my second week with the program and I've been really good with following the system.  The first week I lost about 5 pounds so I was very happy! However now in my second week and following all the same steps I did in week one I've lost nothing.  In fact I gained 3 pounds! I don't get it.....did anyone else's weight fluctuate?  I know it's only week two but its really discouraging.

My Tickers

Same thing happened to me, I'm currently in week 3, I was told it's probably because I wasn't drinking all my water everyday which equates to bloating so I now make sure I get ALL the water in to keep my system flushed :)

I'm in the same boat as you are. I have been doing really well and dong alot more things at work that have had me sweating but I am now looking at about 2 pounds back on. I drink my water and eat my food. A friend of mine said it's moer than likely my body getting use to doing so much more and to remember that muscle weighs more than fat maybe I we are just "getting pumped up" :)

You have to drink all your water and watch your salt intake. Also us girls sometimes have water weight due to TOM. Hang in there it will go back down and you will see great success. That is my fortune cookie prediction anyways. ;)

You also don't have as much weight to take off as some of us here. They say as we get closer to goal it becomes harder. Your starting weight is what I have finally gotten to so you may have to work more to achieve more.
