Hi, my name is Tina and I'm from Corner Brook, Newfoundland (Canada). I started Nutrisystem on April 4th, 2009 and weigh 256 lbs. I weigh myself every week and when I got weigh on October 31st I weigh 194 lbs. I lost a total of 62 pounds so far. My goal weight is 140 lbs so I only have 54 lbs left to go and I know that I can do it now with help from Nutrisystem, my family and my friends. I don't know what I would have done if I never pick up the phone and ordered Nutrisystem when I did. I was overweight all my life and as I got older I became depressed all the time and didn't want to do anything but now I'm happy and like to help others who is going through the same thing that I was.
