Ok..1 week of NS food and I am pleased. I've not been hungry and there has only been 1 or 2 things I really didn't like. I'm keeping track so I don't order it next time.
I've lost weight so that is GREAT!
Today I joined the Y, so tomorrow I start with the exercise part of my plan. This will be the hard part because it's way to easy to put it off until tomorrow. I need to get off my butt!
