I agree. They should never run out of food. Who is in charge of their purchasing department anyway? I ordered something one time (28 of the cinnabun bars) and they were out so they sent me 28 Cinnamon Swirl bars instead. NOT the same. So I called and complained and they sent me the right thing (since they now had stock of them). But how can they get so low in the first place? Doesn't make sense to me. Seems they'd save a lot of money if they got their act together.

I agree with Beti & Bounteous. If you see that, order something else.
Do I find it "very frustrating"? I try not to sweat the small stuff. There are so many other choices, I just pick something else I like. Why get stressed over it.

I always check my order right before it is going to ship, and make sure to make my OWN substitutions for anything with that message, because then I have control over what I get. I agree with JJoner about not sweating the small stuff - Life is toooooooo short, and there are plenty of other choices available.
