Tomorrow is another day
Today was not my best day. It was too soon and I was not ready to face the cookie tray or the bottle of wine on the table. I am going to go to bed.

AFTER! The cookies were at lunch and the wine was with dinner. I had a lunch meeting and a dinner meeting. It's done. I'm not happy about it, but I've never been a fan of bulemia so short of spending all of my sleeping hours on a treadmill (which is not an option), there's not much I can do to fix it. AND tomorrow night I am going to the Daughtry concert in Atlantic City -- girls night from dinner to the wee hours. OY!
