Good morning my dear friends. What a day it will be. The sun is burning the fog off and it should be a nice day today. What a great weekend! Beautiful weather. I even got to get out and walk yesterday and sit in the sun just a bit too. Love it. Just getting some vitamin D. I passed the test this weekend. Yeah baby!
Starting weight 150 lbs. and the scale is moving again.
Day three and of course I had to get on the scale. I’m at 147.2 lbs. Yippy, I made it through the weekend.

DJ my son Mathew did two tours in Afghanistan and he is over in Iraq now. Yes it is easier do eat what you want when you are alone. It’s a whole new world when you add family to the mix.

Now that I’m starting over again, here I go with the food dreams. Do you ever have those? So in the wee hours of the morning I was dreaming about food. There was nothing good to eat so I made some hot apple turnovers with the sweet white icing. You know the ones. Yes it was only a dream. LOL Yes some strange dreams. Ha ha!

Setting Goals and Keeping Track. S.M..A.A.R.T
Specific. Let’s see what I can do. I haven’t used my elliptical for awhile. It’s fixed now, but since it was broken for so many months, I got out of the habit of using it. I will use my elliptical three times this week for let’s say 10 minutes each time. I will start today.
Moderate. I will eat on plan all week and I will use my elliptical three different days for ten minutes each day.
Attainable. I haven’t used my elliptical for months now, so I believe that goal is good.
Active. I will eat on plan. I will use my elliptical.
Record. I will use my meal planner all week. I will record my exercise and my weight.
Time-limited. These are my goals for this week.
