First Week.
Setting Goals and Keeping Track. S.M..A.A.R.T
Specific. Let’s see what I can do. I haven’t used my elliptical for awhile. It’s fixed now, but since it was broken for so many months, I got out of the habit of using it. I will use my elliptical three times this week for let’s say 10 minutes each time. I will start today.
Moderate. I will eat on plan all week and I will use my elliptical three different days for ten minutes each day.
Attainable. I haven’t used my elliptical for months now, so I believe that goal is good.
Active. I will eat on plan. I will use my elliptical.
Record. I will use my meal planner all week. I will record my exercise and my weight.
Time-limited. These are my goals for this week.
