Welcome to the  Freaky Friday Challenge for the month of June. Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  You will need to post your pledge to lose 2 to 10 pounds and your beginning weight.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.   

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove). 

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and wear a pedometer. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge. 

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

Do your best to stay 100% on plan today.  By the way Nutrisystem has plenty of sodium(salt) in all there meals, so there is no reason to add more salt to it.  It will only make your body retain water and make you heavier on the scale.

I spent another 20 minutes at the gym yesterday - I'm not ready for a full blown 2 hour work out, but I managed 2 miles on the eliptical machine. I am going to do my best to make it to the gym again tonight!

Today was "Sports Day" at my school and i got majorly sunburned! ooh... and i had a little "food adventure" too... i knew the principal had said he was gonna be ordering chicken for the teachers (here read "bad fatty chicken" with fries and sauce and all that...) and i knew that and was all prepared with my NS bar, fruits and yogurt, and then when the food came in, i had a moment of weakness and grabbed one box!!! in the end though, i ended up eating only the chicken, skin-less and the coleslaw. i gave the fries to my kids who were all peachy about it cuz they had to bring their lunches :p even though that demanded a HUGE effort on my part, i still felt kinda bad about eating the chicken in the first place... i also had fatty coke...  (they didn't have diet! and i was parched!) so i'm feeling a bit bummed cuz weigh in is tomorrow and my scale is being evil and not moving down even with me being 100%... oh well.

congrats on the jacket thing yoliesooner! i had a similar thing today though not quite as meaningful... i wore this hoodie i LOVE (it's all retropop with freaky colors... :p) which i haven't worn in a while cuz it was really tight around the arms mostly, and when i tried it on yesterday it fit really nicely. ^_^ actually, it fits better now than when i bought it. woot woot!

How great is that Nessa!  I love that feeling of something I use to wear and now it fits even better.  I wore a dress yesterday that I bought around I don't know, lets say 8 years ago.  I ordered it and it was too small but I just loved it and thought maybe I could lose some weight and it would fit.  I didn't think it would take years, but it is a little loose on me now  :o) How about that?  Are it look great on!  Marie
