FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE BLOG. WE ARE HALF WAY THROUGH HUMPDAY. YOU CAN DO THIS. WE WILL DO THIS TOGETHER. THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR BEST DAY YET!

YOU CAN DO THIS! I HAVE FAITH IN YOU. YOU ARE SO WORTH PUTTING YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD. THIS IS THE DAY YOU WILL BE 100% ON PLAN. THE DAY YOU WILL FEEL GREAT! WE ARE STRONG AND WE ARE BEAUTIFUL.

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE***** GOOD AFTERNOON MY DEAR FRIENDS. IT'S HUMPDAY AND TIME TO GET MOVING. WE ARE GOING TO STAY 100% AND SAIL RIGHT THROUGH THE NEXT TWO DAYS!

Welcome to the  Freaky Friday Challenge for the month of June. Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  You will need to post your pledge to lose 2 to 10 pounds and your beginning weight.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove).

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and wear a pedometer. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge.

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

So are you ready for the next biggest blog challenge? If you are go ahead and pledge your 2-10 lbs. today and report your starting weight.

Our pledgers are karensmarks, justlucy, kathrynk8, changa6925, kenricva, brindy413, ryansprincess, hvnlyhills, 321_blastoff, brittysmom, ready_to_look_gr8, enfant4, raglady, babalouie, jordjess2, plummer08, betti13, kerime, carwash2, darlenenew, bbbbb32000, 40_b4_40, puglover1999, dedeelighted, flutepharm87, pattytx, shello60, mommyof3angels, wodell, btonasket, abshoelutely, gebee, cloudnine, mborras, scv218, drhennel, mailoss, roykat, bettie4d, amydoodledo, genevievredelamere, gingstak, heavynomore1, cgroves3, rdkoos, spiritwind, dianna03077, obsidian88, refocused, life_light, timcahill98, gingericht, missliznj, mmcknatt, ladygail, sillyrabbit65, biggersam, dlynne3962, chonkie, packster, jerikin, nlwnicolelee, boricuablue, tightandfit, connie1220, beachbecca, hipster7, candie_girl, mountaineer47, danigolightly, 2bfitby40, blanquita19, going2bhotnsexy, holandcamsmom, yoliesooner, and lovshelties.

We are off to a great start, so lets stick together like crazy glue and stay 100% on plan. Go out and make this your best day yet.

Good morning my dear friends.  It's humpday and that means we have two more days until weigh in.  Two more days to stay 100% on plan.  Two more days to do your very best.  Two more days to get some exercise in.  Two more chances to get up and make a difference in your weight before Friday.  Let's do it!  Let get up and have a good breakfast and get that extra workout in today.  That could be just one extra mile of walking, getting that CD out and placing it in the VCR and walking.  Just moving more, extra cleaning, picking up, washing, gardening, weeding, yardwork, parking farther away from the store or work, getting something for yourself instead of asking someone to get it for you....turning off the tv and going outside, getting on that exercise machine you have, pull it out of the corner, go to the gym.... come on, you can do it.  Get your shoes on and let's go!

Have a great 100% on plan day everyone.

Marie

Thanks for your great motivational messages, Marie!!!  If you're not already employed by NS, they should definitely be offering you a job as a counselor and motivator!  :-)

I have to admit, I didn't stay 100% on plan yesterday.  Here at work they brought some food in for lunch to kick off "healthy eating month" (nice, huh!) and so I had that food instead of my Beans & Rice NS lunch item I brought with me.  But the lunch was great - lean chicken breasts, conveniently served in 2oz portions without any dressing, some healthy couscous with little bits of vegetables mixed in and some honey-glazed salmon with long-grain rice.  So I ate what I determined to be a NS-sized portion of chicken a half a piece of salmon with some couscous and a bottle of water......so does that count as going off plan?  I hope not.  I still stayed within my 1500 calorie range for the day and I got in all my other items.  Even did an extra load of laundry so that I had to go up and down the stairs a couple extra times last night.  :-)

Happy Humpday all!  Can't wait until our weigh-in on Friday!

Good morning Tim!  You did great yesterday and even worked in a wonderful lunch.  Good for you.  It sounds wonderful with plenty of protein :o)
No I don't work for NS.  I'm not employed by them. I am very much my own motivator with help from above.  Thank you. I did try to get some coupons or even award certificates from them for the challenges I run with no luck at all.  I even left three voice messages with the VP of marketing and no return call either. They just are not interested.  Oh well!  It's not stopping us from doing our best and having a little fun along the way.
Stair climbing is great exercise for your legs and doing your laundry will make you feel better about it too. Have a great day.  Marie

I have been having a good week and have lost almost 3# with weigh in on Friday.  I have to try to get some exercise each day as that really helps with the loss.  My water and eating has been great.  This is only my first week on the plan, so motivation is high.  Have a great day everyone.

Hi Marie & friends!

I was a bad girl on Sunday - I let myself be seduced by a smoothe-talking box of Triscuits!  ;-)  I've been on plan since, but still have an extra pound to get rid of. I did an extra exercise session this morning that I hope will help. Also, I'm really going to town on the water.

Now that I'm very close to my goal, the weight is definitely coming off more slowly, which in turn makes it harder to stay motivated. But I'm determined to hang in there and get the job done!

Bad Triscuits!!!  Get rid of them and I don't mean by eating them either.  Good deal on the extra exercising and drinking all your water too.  Remember our first weigh in is coming up fast.  Marie

(also, i don't have a scale that gives the decimals so...) I'm trying so hard to do everything right, not cheating and i even got in my exercise yesterday... and right back up i go! also, i seem to be losing weight much more slowly than in the past and it's making me cranky... aaargh!! sorry, to fill the blog with my crankiness... i'm just soooooo tired today! i want my bed... :(

Oh go get in your bed and you will feel better tomorrow Nessa.  You are doing so good, try to wait until Friday to weigh in.  I don't have a scale with the decimals either.  Drink your water to flush out the extra weight and remember to stay away from high sodium foods (salt).  Marie

I have been 100% on NS since Sunday morning (I've been on the plan for about 2 weeks now! - Only 2 small slip ups).
Yesterday was the first day i actually reached the goal of 8 glasses of water (I actually had 9 and I'm super proud of myself)!
I also did really well at the gym yesterday - 2.75 miles on the eliptical machine and back to the gym tonight to do some more!
Thank you Marie for all your motivation! Hope today is great!

aww, thanks for the pep talk. i couldn't get to bed early though cuz i had my japanese class after work. i actually left early cuz i wasn't feeling well... too much coffee and not enough sleep and food @_@ the sodium stuff might be it though, cuz i always put a ton of salt on my veggies... cuz i figure that we don't really get much in the NS foods so it can't be that bad, right? anyways... gonna go to bed early tonight!!!
