Yeah!  That's awesome!  This will definitely help me stay motivated through July!  I was 100% NS yesterday!  Whooohooo!!!  I think I'm back on track now...I even rewarded myself with some non-food items...got myself some new shoes, new shirts, and a couple of new purses.  Hopefully, I'm not try to replace food with shopping...LOL!  Since we are extending through July, though, I'd like to revise my original pledge from 8 pounds to 15 pounds.  If I can try for 8 lbs in one month, I should be able to do 15 lbs in two.

Thanks...
Cyndy

That's right Cyndy.  Good job.  I love to shop.  Two purses?  You have so much you can't fit it all in one, lol.  Here is to another 100% on plan day.  Marie

LOL!  Actually, one for carting all my stuff around with me during the day...and a small one for just the absolute necessities when going out to concerts and such.  But you know, as I get older, my purses do seem to get bigger, and I do seem to lug around much more stuff...LOL.

That's funny.  I have several purses.  I will use one for a long time and then it gets old, so I buy a new one.  Even though it is wore out, I keep it, lol.  Don't know what that's all about.  Hum..separation anxiety. Marie

Yup...I do the SAME thing...LOL!  It's like, you never know when you might need it again, right?  Just like all the other things I hang onto like the pack-rat that I am...hehehe.  We do have a garage sale about once a year, though, and that's usually when all those items go...whatever is left at the end of the day that doesn't get bought, gets donated to good will.  Then I get to start all over again for the next year...LOL!

The purses never seem to go!  It's hard enough with the shoes, that are 25 years old.  Most of the clothes go twice a year to one place or the other.  There are those clothes that remain with the price tag still on them.  You know the ones that were just a tab bit tight, but one day they will fit.  If only I could lose 5 or 10 pounds.  You know, the dress that was so beautiful that you can't give away( but you can't fit in it either). LOL.  Yep that's my closet too :o)  Marie

Hi Marie,
I'm with ya! 100% all the way. Wahoooooo! Sadly, my scale doesn't understand how this works, though, 'cause it added almost 2# to my Saturday weight! Since I haven't eaten off-plan (and definitely didn't eat the required 7000 extra calories), I know it's not a true fat gain. Alas, if it doesn't melt by Friday's weigh-in, I will be seriously cross with my scale. See you Friday.

You know they (scales) think they have a mind of their own.  I can get on three times in a row and get three different readings.  First time down and happy.  Second time just to check the first time was right and it will be up one and the third time up even more.  The fourth time it's down again and that's the one we are stick with :o) No more scale stepping that day.  The mind games they like to play with us.  Marie
