100% Commited to losing this week and Freaky Friday Challenge.

Freaky Friday Challenge and 100% on plan until Friday with No Cheating.

Good morning everyone.  This is a beautiful morning here in the South.  The sun is up.  The birds are singing and it's already 63 out.  Here we go with another 100% on plan day.  It really does make a difference.  You feel so much better when you eat the right foods for your body and mind.  Never mind the happiness it brings you when you step on the scale.  Ready to strut your stuff.

Stay on plan with me and eat all your food and nothing more.  Drink 8-10 glasses of water today.  Try it for one day.  When you can make it just one day, you can do it again.  Stay 100% on plan for one day.  Make that day today.

Have a great one.

Marie

I have been 100% on the plan since Friday now.  I feel great - down 11 pounds in 3-1/2 weeks.  Need to excercise more, can't seem to find the time (3 kids, two jobs)!  Have a great day!  Jacki

Not sure why, but the 100% thing is so much more challenging lately.  I've been pretty darn close, but the evening temptations have just been so overwhelming!  But if I do drop off the 100% mark, it's normally just with an extra NS snack or something like that...keeping my calorie totals for the day within reasonable ranges, just not below the 1200 - 1250 like I'm supposed to.  But today, so far - so good.  Yesterday was pretty good, too.  First serious workout since the doc told me to lay off for 10 days cuz of my elbow.  Elbow is feeling great, too.  I guess it does help to actually listen to the advice of our doctors occasionally...LOL.

What a beautiful day it was.  The perfect weather followed with peace in the valley and on the mountain at work today.  What a difference a day can make. It just reminds me never to give up and never to give in when you know it's not right for you.  Things always look better in the morning after the storm.
It's never too late to change the course of your life and make changes to have a better life.  Losing weight when you are over weight is the best thing you can do for yourself and those you love.  Staying the course will make you healthier, and happier.  Just think that most of your aches and pain will be deminished or gone when you have lost those heavy pounds off your body. A day is coming when you will rejoice and wonder what took you so long.  You will feel wonderful again.  Have a great 100% on plan day my friends and yes I was 100% and feeling great!  Marie

Hello Sunshine-
The sun is shining here today, too.  It's actually supposed to be nice for at least the rest of the week.  They were calling for rain last night but we didn't get any.  I'm with you 100% thank you very much.  I still need to find my DVD that came with my first order and see if it's something I should be doing in addition to my morning walk.  I know I have some areas that need toning.  Have a good evening,  Betti

It was a good day all around today Nessa.  My kids are going to the beach for a week and leaving tomorrow and guess who has to stay back to work?  You guessed it, me.  If work gets to depressing I will just take a day and go shopping.  How about that?  I take all that I can, then I shop, lol. Good way to unwind if you ask me :o)  Too bad you live so far away.  We could spend the day at the mall :o)  Your getting closer to being done.  It won't be long now.  Marie

Good job Betti.  I got outside a lot more today at work.  Yeah!  It was perfect out today and the sun felt wonderful after being in a dark room most of the day with no windows.  Sherri came to work with me and that always brightens up my day.  She was doing some weird dances that I even gave it a try.  Mind you I was at work.  I took care of what I had to and let the rest wait until tomorrow.  Have a great night.  Marie

I'm up for the challenge since I usually remain 100% on Plan anyway, I think I can hang 'til Friday! *smiles*  And 63 degrees... I wish... we're over 111 degrees already today, so I guess I'll be doing my power walking in the dark again when it cools off to ummmm the 90's... *LOL*

OMG I think I would melt!  I think it's too hot when it gets in the 90's.  I was born and raised in Canada, so I guess that's why I have a hard time when it hit 90 plus. It's perfect to me when it's in the 70's :o)  I love it.  Have a nice walk tonight.  Marie
