Here we go with day four of our pledge to be 100% on plan. No cheating Allowed. We made it through the weekend. Woo hoo!
For some reason the weekend can be hard to stick to the plan and stay 100%. I know it's not just me either. It's the different schedules we keep on the weekends that makes it hard to stay on track. Yes I made it through one more day of 100% as promised :o)
Sam to answer your question on the west coast. Yes most of us were in bed on the east coast. A habit takes weeks and months to break, but those old habits will sneak right back in if your not careful. You have to learn new good habits to replace the old bad habits. Reach for the fruit, instead of the cookies, ice cream, cakes, or donuts. Reach for the veggies, instead of the chips, fried pies, or all those unhealthy munchy foods. Grab your water bottle, instead of the beer can. You have the power within you to change your habits. Choose to live a longer, healthier, happier life. Do it for you and the people you love.
Jamie I know you had a question too and I was already sleeping, so I forgot what it was. Sorry I will be back later on the bottom of this blog with an answer. Oh I think I remember. Eat....Yes, that's it....Don't wait until you feel hungry to eat. Go ahead and plan your meals out for the day giving time between each one. You don't want your body to go into the hunger mode, or think your starving. That will make you gain weight or at the least not lose any. You need to eat your breakfast in the morning even if your not hungry. So you get up at 7 and your not hungry until 12. Go ahead and eat your breakfast at 9 and that way your body won't be yelling feed me, feed me you fool, feed me, lol. I hope you try this and let me know how you are doing.
Well here we go with a Monday morning. No cheating today. See you all later.
Have a great day.
Marie
