Good Sunday Afternoon everyone. Here is to 100% on plan day with no cheating. Day three of seven. So far, so good.

Hey everyone!  I hope you are have a peaceful weekend.  Now how are you doing on your commitment of being 100% on plan this weekend?  Are you doing great or not so great?  I was tempted yesterday afternoon, but I pulled out with a few free foods and ended the day with a 100% on plan.  Yeah!  Today is going good so far.  The hardest time for me is between snack time and dessert time.  Yep, that is a long stretch of time.

The puppy decided to sleep on my foot while I type this, lol.  He just needed momma, lol.  He is so cute.

I think I am going to go for a walk, so I will check back in a little bit to see how your weekend is coming along.

Hi Marie,
I'm staying 100% with you. I hiked this morning, and I'll do my firming dvd this evening. My dh comes home Sunday bringing our 6 yr old grandson for the summer. I'll get plenty of exercise then.
This is not easy, but I wouldn't have had a chance without all of this support! Thank you.

You are in for a fun summer with a six year old.  Off your tush for sure, lol.
When is your hardest time of the day Karen or anyone else reading this?
I hope you are having a nice day today.  I just went for a walk to the river and back.  It's gotten warm outside, 82.
We heard this group of two girls called Alathia, sing in church this morning.  That was a nice change. They are from Eastern Tenn. and they travel all over the country. They are playing at some music fest this afternoon and then they will be in the recording studio next week.  They are recording their Christmas CD. Beautiful voices from two young girls. You can check them out at www.alathea.com if you get a chance.

Hey Sunshine-
My hardest time is from bedtime to wake up time.  Some nights when I wake up the tummy is rumbling "feed me" but of course I don't.  Have a good one and yes I've been 100% forever it seems.  Betti

Good deal Betti.  I find once I'm in my sleep mode, I'm good until morning.  Have you tried eating your dessert a little later in the evening Betti?  If my tummy was rumbling, it would mean I didn't eat enough and I have a half a cup of some kind of granola cereal.  Kashi makes a great one and it satisfies the chewing need too.  You may want to remember that for a maintenance trick.  Marie

Yes, I'm still 100%, but I think I need another short walk to get out of the house again.  This time I will take my cell phone and call my Mother as I walk.  I do that a lot because then I feel like I'm still using my time wisely.  My Father is in China for business, so I'm sure my Mother could use the company, even if it's only on the phone.  Marie

I too find that from night time till breakfast time is the hardest... i would guess it's because I usually eat out of bordom and since I don't sleep well (I never have) I lay awake in bed, sometimes ALL night, other times for just several hours. Eating to cure that bordom has been the hardest habit to break for me. And sometimes it's almost like I'm starving, like my stomach is hollow. If I missed a fruit somewhere during the day I will get up and eat one, but if I've already eaten all of my food I just try to ignore it! So far I've done ok... 13lbs gone for good so far!
I hope you had a great walk Marie!

KEEP up the Good work....I'm being 100% too for 4 days now...even mowed the lawn this afternoon and did my mile walk...can't wait to be able to do 2 miles,  I KNOW it will come, one day at a time right?

OK so what's for supper?  I took a chicken out of the freezer yesterday morning and in the evening it was still frozen, so we ate something else.  Tonight I am making chicken noodle soup and bringing some to work with me tomorrow.  It was a request because everyone love my soups :o)  Not really soup weather, but that's what they want.  Nothing better then homemade over can any day.
In all this heat, have you made Popsicles yet? You can make them out of any sugar free drinks.  Pretty cool!  Try taking a diet drink and pouring it into an ice cube tray and freezing it.
Yes my Father is State Side and flying home tonight, so my Mother couldn't talk but for a minute because she was waiting for his call.  Still a little fresh air does a person good.
That's right one meal at a time and one day at a time.  You will get there.

Hey Marie, what's up? my weekend was uneventful, except that i've been having trouble staying 100% for the last couple of days since people have been wanting to take me out to eat left and right. i still manage to be good at the restaurants, but i'd feel much better eating my NS stuff. anyways... i'm soooo bored today! watched a movie, caught up on my tv series that i never have time to watch (mom tapes them for me... omg... what is up with everyone dying in all my favourite shows?!!)... did some correcting... i've only got two classes left now. i will finish that tomorrow. oh and i got that weird zit on my eye again... grrr... except it's on the other eye now. (i think maybe some of my makeup got infected... :( ) i look like a freaking mutant. so i refuse to go out :p so i think the rest of the day's gonna be slow too. been 100% all day and don't feel any kinda munchies coming on so it's all good. have a good evening all!

Hey Nessa! Yes get some new makeup, I don't want your beautiful eyes to get harmed.  So what tv series are you watching?  Are you still grading papers?  Good job on staying 100% all day.  Woo hoo!!! You are doing great!  I have just had all the food I can have for the day, unless I find my way to a free food later :o)  Marie

I had a touch and go weekend.  I did real good Friday.  NO food at the race track, as promised.  Knew we were going so I had dinner for lunch, and packed a lunch bar, an apple and some cheese to take with me.  Success--100% NS Friday.  Saturday did good for breakfast and lunch, but blew it that night at Hooters.  I did get the "naked" wings (no breading, but still had skin on them), fries and beer.  Had a few fried pickles too.  Sunday was better except I didn't get breakfast in. The rest of the day was 100%.  I'm having a hard time setting a  schedule for eating.  If I do manage to eat at "around meal time", I'm fine.  Problem is, I'm not hungry in the mornings, so I wait till I get hungry to eat which is usually around lunch time.  Should I force myself to eat if I'm not hungry?  Doesn't seem right.  I have heard you should only eat when your hungry.  What do y'all think?  I WILL BE 100% MONDAY!!!
