It's time for the 3rd weigh in on this Freaky Friday Challenge!  Good luck to everyone!  Let's get this party started.

Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.   

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove). 

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and wear a pedometer. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge. 

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

By the way my DH has been calling the puppy Little Buddy.  He said yesterday he just can't come up with anything different.  See Buddy was our Lab that got killed by a car last year. Sherri is still at camp, so no names from her but Hank.  I have tried about eight names but none that stick or the only one he likes is Baby.  He seems to like the B names.  Eric will just say OH don't call him that or NO to different names.  He does like the idea of calling him Little Buddy too. The guys have tried different names even Butthole, lol, because pugs tails are mostly up showing off their hole. Of cource I wasn't going for that one. :o)

Well I am happy/sad to announce this week the scale if filled with glue. It did not move up or down, so I stay the same.....must be the dreaded 'STALL' 155.4 lb

I hope everyone else turns in a loss!

I will weigh in on the 30th. Sucks I can't do it now. But this gives me another week to work hard. Haven't been doing too much of that cuz I didn't have my gym shoes til 2 days ago. But....I'm getting into it now. I even got up really early this morning and did ab work.

Good Morning Marie,  I like the name Little Buddy - is cute.  We have a Coton de Tulear (breed from Madigascar - cousin to Bichon), his name is Filoha, which is Maligasy for Chef.  The breeder named him before we got him, but I think it was more than a coincidence that my husband is a Chef and the puppy was a surprise to both Brittany and I for Christmas.  Anyway, I'm at 185 this week, down .8 from last week.  Not much, but I'll take it especially since I don't deserve it due to my lack of 100% days.   Have a wonderful weekend.  Judy

OK, as much as I hate to report bad news, I know I have to be honest about this.  I was afraid this might happen because of my lack of exercise due to my elbow injury.  And since I wasn't exercising in the evenings, I was giving into all kinds of snacking temptations.  So...I actually put on 1.4 pounds this week and am at 174.8 (ouch), but seeing that now gives me motivation to get back on NS 100%.  The doc said I have severe tendonitis in my elbow, but it's beginning to feel much better so I hope to be able to get back to some real fat-burning type exercising by this Sunday.  Also, he did say he was very proud of the weight loss I had achieved so far and that my blood test results looked great...almost everything was towards the lower end of normal ranges and nothing at all was above normal ranges.  One small problem though, he said that my CBC showed that I'd become anemic, so now I'm on something called Vitron C to boost my iron levels.  I don't care for some of the side effects, especially the nausea, but hey, maybe that will help me to lose even more weight, eh?  :)     So, even though the scale went in the wrong direction this week, I feel like I had some significant NSVs!  Have a good weekend everyone!

Good morning all.  I had a very tough week we had SAP training on Monday and Tuesday so lunch was provided both days but I did not touch anything.  And a big safety training for our field employees on Wednesday and Thursday and Adam's Rib provide lunch and that was tough I love their food, but I convinced myself that if I left it alone on Wed, I could have something on Thursday.  So I had half a burger and less then a teaspoon of the the pasta salad (it is so good) on Thurs.  Thank you Marie for the burger idea!   I am very very excited to say I am down 1.6 this week, I was convinced I would stay the same or be up a little.  My working out fell to the side with early days and late nights at work.  So I am aiming for 100% on plan food and workout for week 4.   Congrats to everyone for sticking with the challenge ~ Robin

Well, the week of trial is behind me -- we recessed until November with a bifurcated case... :-(  Conflicting schedule of the Judge.

I have to say....YahOOOOO... I am so proud of myself.  I did not gain, but instead I lost 0.7# during this week of high stress.  I ate my breakfast in route (dried fruits, string cheese, and the breakfast bar); lunch salad and lunch bar... supper -- what is that... no supper/dinner; yes to dessert/night snack just before retiring for the day.  I did not consume the required amount of water because of fear of literally bursting--since court rooms are ran on the Judge's personal needs and NOT those who are sitting at the tables or who are transcribing.

All in all --- things were good... I lost, I am exhausted... and tomorrow is another day.  I have until July 4 to reach my final goal ---- then onto maintanence.

Got run...getting ready for another trial.  NEED a VACATION...

Looks like everyone is doing good.  Is next Friday our last weigh in or will we all be meeting on the 30th for the last day of June?  I lost .5# which isn't too bad considering the week I had.  I started the workouts "on demand" on our cable, that's a nice change to the walking video.  Does anyone know of a tuesday challenge?  I think I sabotage myself from friday to tuesday and then get back on track before weigh in.  Maybe if I had another weigh in to make me accountable it would help me.  Are we all going to be doing another challenge for July?  This seems to really help me.

Sounds good Marie.  I thankfully picked up a shift at m part-time job (the children's place clothing store).  I only work there every 90 days for the discount.  I asked for an 8 hour shift.  I figured it would keep me away from the food.  I work at home so it's really hard to stay on track when you have free reign to eat whenever you wan't.  Sunday will be nice to work out of the home and keep me in check.  It's at the mall but i've never had a problem with the food court, I'll just pack my meals.  Good luck, I'll be checking in.  Any idea if there will be a challenge next month?

We have a weigh-in on Fridays at work, however that Challenge end on July 3(Thursday cause of the Holiday) needless to say I'm winning....YAH  $170 dollars (12 weeks challenge).  Anyway, being that it ends I need to be held accountable for weigh in's and This looks like the spot to be ;)

Currently I just weighed in at 195.2  Down 32.8 pounds since 3-26-08.  

(I've only lost .2 since last week...it's been a tough week to lose) I just had a death in my family, (my birth father) and with all the family gatherings, it has made it difficult to get to "my" food.  And then my auto delivery was delayed one week, because I had to change my cash card (because I had lost it) so the billing was messed up.  However I should recieve my shipment anytime.    Probably more info then you all need here....but anyway, I'm back on the wagon, and ready to lose the 40.2 I have to make my goal.

I appreciate all the support and look forward to the support of this weigh-in group!!!

Marie, I've got just a second to report in.  With guests in the house, and an increasing work load that is making for lots of hours at my shop after dinner....no NS site time at all.  But, I've been eating some NS & some "real" food as I transition & will report a loss today.  One more pound off, down to 159 this a.m.

I'm down 2 lbs!!! :D   from 197.7 to 195.7 today.   Yesterday I was 195.2, but I did Weight Training last evening and had a late dinner.  So I am not worried!!  I feel like I'm IN THE GROOVE.  And my NSV is that have this "lightness" feeling!!!  Bending is easier, walking is easier, movement is easier.  My goal for this challenge was 195 - which I set a little low because I am such a slow loser.  But I think the weight training this week on SUN, TUES, & THURS put me on the express...  So I hope to be under goal by next Friday.  Wish me luch!

P.S. I've notice that my wrists are looking slightly smaller.  Starting to get that "dainty" look back!
