FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE. IT'S SUMMER...SCHOOL IS OUT....SO WHY DID I SET MY ALARM THIS MORNING?????

Welcome to the  Freaky Friday Challenge. We are off to a great start and will run through the month of June. Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  You will need to post your pledge to lose 2 to 10 pounds and your beginning weight.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.  Don't report daily losses but only weekly.  

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove). 

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and it has made me much stronger. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge. 

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

School is out, so why did I set my alarm?  I will have to switch gears to summer mode.  For me that will mean an extra hour of sleep during the week!  All right... schools out :o)  Sherri has us already running here and there with birthday parties and sleepovers and the phone ringing off the hook for both Sherri and Eric.  Here we go with the "I need more minutes mom."  I can see I will have to write a post on this.  The changes summer makes on our lives.  The good, the bad, and the ugly, lol.  Have a good day everyone.  Don't forget to drink more water in this heat.

Good Morning Marie, sounds like you are off to a busy summer.  Brittany still has this week to go - Thurs. is the last day here.  Of course I will still have to get up even when schools out - sure wish I could work from home  - or better yet, be a stay at home mom.  Oh well, we do what we have to huh.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend.  Judy

Working at home, I don't know about that.  I think I would miss being around all my friends and co-workers.  I do love being able to go in later so I can get my exercising done at home earlier.  Also I get to talk to my blog buddies too :o) I made chicken noodle soup last night to bring to work for lunch and enough for at least 5 because they love my soup at work. I have a pot of 15 bean on the stove this morning, which I soaked the beans overnight.  That means I will be here a little longer while it cooks.  Off to my elliptical for 20 minutes.  Marie

I just wanted to check in and say that I really appreciate your help.  The FFC helped me keep on track over the weekend when I got a gift of 4 different types of home made cookies!  I had to laugh because of the irony of it all, but I gave almost all of them away.  Although I did have a couple of cookies I made sure to go to the gym to make up for it.  Needless to say I feel good about it and I hope to keep it up.

hmm.. i'm not sure i understand how this challenge works... to i have to set myself a challenge for next friday? or for the whole month... maybe i read the intro wrong but Nessa is confused!! i'd like you to count me in but until i know for what lenght of time, i can't really post the amount i'd like to lose ... i will definitely try to kick my booty into gear for exercise though... i've been sucking at that so that will be my challenge!
