Today's Freaky Friday Challenge Blog. Remember to drink your water :o)

Freaky Friday Challenge. Good morning to everyone in blog land. I hope you have a great 100% on plan day.

Here we go with week three of the Freaky Friday Challenge. We made it through one more weekend. Great job everyone. I can't believe we are already half way through June. Are you where you need to be on reaching your goal?

Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove).

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and wear a pedometer. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge.

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

Our pledgers are karensmarks, justlucy, kathrynk8, changa6925, kenricva, brindy413, ryansprincess, hvnlyhills, 321_blastoff, brittysmom, ready_to_look_gr8, enfant4, raglady, babalouie, jordjess2, plummer08, betti13, kerime, carwash2, darlenenew, bbbbb32000, 40_b4_40, puglover1999, dedeelighted, flutepharm87, pattytx, shello60, mommyof3angels, wodell, btonasket, abshoelutely, gebee, cloudnine, mborras, scv218, drhennel, mailoss, roykat, bettie4d, amydoodledo, genevievredelamere, gingstak, heavynomore1, big_dog_momma, rdkoos, spiritwind, dianna03077, obsidian88, refocused, life_light, timcahill98, gingericht, missliznj, mmcknatt, ladygail, sillyrabbit65, biggersam, dlynne3962, chonkie, packster, jerikin, nlwnicolelee, boricuablue, tightandfit, connie1220, beachbecca, hipster7, candie_girl, mountaineer47, danigolightly, 2bfitby40, blanquita19, going2bhotnsexy, holandcamsmom, yoliesooner, lovshelties, coco_chanelle, tylersmom85, bflanders2,brindy413, radiant_rebecca, cindiesimons, mrsbrandi, kbrewer6441, gnp-tx, and cyndi_lulu.

Good morning everyone.  I hope you had a good weekend and moved right on through Monday without any problems to report.  We finally got a little rain and boy did we need it bad.  I can't believe that June is already half over.  It's just moving way to fast.  I think I will have to take some time to go shopping with my Son this week.  Sherri is at camp for the 2nd time and Eric hasn't done anything.  He would like to go to the mall but I will have to take time off to go with him.  I told him I would take Wed. off and I will take him.  He is 15 and will be 16 next month.  Boy you have to make time to do things with your children because time just goes by too fast and their grown. Eric wants to go with just him and me for once.  That will be our day.  Pretty nice to have a son want mom time :o)  Stay on track today and don't forget to drink your water.

Marie

I haven't had a drink of water since Friday of last week. Weekends are usually bad - but this weekend was horrible waterwise, not even 1 bottle, or even 1 drink of water. And I stayed home sick from work yesterday... So no water even on Monday - Usually Monday marks my get back into 8 glasses of 8 oz day - but not this week. And here I sit at 10:10 AM and I am thirsty and I'm looking at my water bottle I keep on my desk at work... I know I need to fill it, but I don't want to - I don't want water. I want diet soda... Blah - does anyone else feel like this ever?
I will kick myself in the butt to get back on track this instant because I sailed into w"one"derland this morning, and I'm hoping I can stay there!
Thanks Marie - I hope everyone is having a wonderful 100% NS day!

omg, Marie, i think your munchies are catching!!! i got home from school today with a terrible urge to snack! but since it was too early for supper, i decided to have my snack right away... however, when i was done, i still felt like eating... i tried to curb the craving with a glass of diet coke and waited for the protein to start making my body less hungry, but a half hour later, i was still feeling it. so i thought if i'd have another one, i'd be stuffed and it would be better than if i caved in and ate junk, so i ate one of those crunchy bars... waited a  bit... STILL not satisfied! so then i had the bright idea to get me this big bowl of low fat Campell's tomato soup... THAT would fill me up i though... but just in case, i muched on some carrots as it was cooking and had a couple of raspberries from my supper earlier... well, by the time i was done with my soup, i felt so bloated i had to lie down on my bed for a while... lol! on the upside of this ridiculous story though, i'm glad i managed to restrict my snacking to super healthy stuff. i just think it's weird cuz i haven't had a case of the munchies since starting NS again over a month ago... huh...

It was TOM getting ready to come when all of a sudden the munchies attacked me for three days.  I can't remember them ever hitting me that hard.  I am glad they are over.  Drink some tea.  I think it does help.  SF mints (lifesavers) help a lot too.  I think I will go make me some tea now.  I haven't felt good the last couple of days.  My legs have bothered me so much I get up tiered.  The temperatures are really bothering me too.  Too hot, too cold, too damp... I feel like the princess and the pea or was it Goldie Locks, lol.  Whoever I think you get the point.  Marie

It was such a long time since I had the munchies I forgot what tools I used to keep from going off track.  One was to drink as much water as I could to fill me up.  Making a pot of Chinese tea was another and drinking two to three tea cups full.  Another trick I used was to eat a half a cup of granola cereal (dry).  The crunchier the better and I would eat it with my fingers a little at a time.  It's a good trick because it keeps your hands and mouth busy at the same time.  Because it takes time to crunch all that cereal, it really takes care of the munchies.
