FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE.

Good morning everyone.  Well I had a rough three days of munchies, but I managed to put the breaks on them Sunday.  One Hundred Percent on plan Sunday! I forgot how to keep from giving into those cravings.  It had been a long time since I had any desire to cheat in any manner. Boy I'm glad that is over.  The damage was three pounds heavier, but I am down one of those three this morning.  This week I will just have to make myself get back on plan with everything.  I cut my exercising down by at least half last week too.  The weather was so hot, there was no way I was doing anything but walking.  This week I will have to force myself back into using the machines.  Too much salt for me, means sore leg muscles and cramps in them.  My legs are very sore and the cold in the church yesterday just made them have charley horses in my left leg. The only way to get to feeling better is to work at being 100% on plan.  That is my choice today.  How about you?

Oh yeah. I'm with you. I need to start with yoga to limber up, then I need to hope it will stop lightning long enough to take one of the dogs for a walk. I'll be cheering you on as I cringe through the stretches and the pretzel poses. Beautiful avatar, by the way. You inspire me. I want to be you when I grow up. :-)

Thank you hhandkmom.  I just did the elliptical for 20 minutes and 4 minutes on the total gym.  Off to another great start today.  Good luck everyone and don't forget to get movin', lol. :o)

You saved my weekend for me - Thank you very much!  I did exactly what you recommended. 1/2 burger with a salad and I made an nice fruit salad for everyone but mostly me so I could have it for afternoon snacks this week.  Sorry to hear your legs are bothering you - hope you feel better.  This is my first week of making myself get up early and exercise before work - so I did 20 on the elliptical this morning and I am heading to the gym after work!   Take care   and Have a great week.
