Continue on the munchies.

So I ate way to much this afternoon.  Once I started with a little bit on snack foods I just didn't stop.  The snack of Snapea Crisps, then the wonderful dark cream centered chocolates, lead to the banana split trail mix (oh my), to the Krunch Lites.  Need I say more?  I would say I had both my snack and my dessert all together.  I didn't have my normal snack or my dessert this evening, such a pig I was, LOL.  It's really not fun, LOL.  You can't help but laugh about the whole thing.  The question was, do I eat dinner or not?  At 8:30pm I had a NS dinner of Chili with beans, a half an apple, and two stalks of celery, lol.  More food?  Yep!  I didn't want to go that many hours without eating.  I think that was a smart thing to do after my slip up this afternoon.  So back on track I go.  Let's see how tomorrow goes.  I guess now I will have to let you know.

OK so I figured it out.  It's the packaging.  If they packaged it in individual portions, I wouldn't have eaten so much. Yes NS is on to something with it's packaging.  I would have had one package or serving of each, yes each.  But it would have been enough.  In the future I will take a portion out of the box, bag, container first before I eat a bite.  See I learned something today and I'm now sharing that information with you my friends.  Marie

i think you did good to have your supper. every diet doctor i've ever talked to says that if you slip up during the day, continue as normal after. otherwise you would've woken up starving in the morning and possibly continued the cycle of munchies!! :p good luck for today!

If I get a whole box of crackers out and bring them in the room to watch TV I eat the WHOLE box of crackers. If I get a few crackers out of the box and go watch TV I'm too lazy to go back and get more so I only eat the hand full. NS and Marie have me pegged. Individual serving sizes is right! It's almost like a mind game, I can't stop eating if there is still more in the box/bag!
