FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE. ANOTHER HOT DAY IN THE SOUTH AND ANOTHER 100% ON PLAN DAY :O) HOPE YOU MADE IT THROUGH HUMPDAY TOO.

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE**** WEEK TWO*****  HERE IS TO A GREAT 100% ON PLAN HUMPDAY EVERYONE.

Welcome to the  Freaky Friday Challenge for the month of June. Now is the time to get ready for summer and what a great way to start with a challenge.  Remember Friday to Friday weigh ins so everyone will be the same.   

We will report our loss on the Freaky Friday Challenge blog parties each FridayReport right here on any of my Freaky Friday Challenge blogs (Letsmove). 

Stay 100% on plan.  Eating 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert and drinking 8-10 glasses of water everyday, not just some days.  Follow the plan Nutrisystem has put you on.

Exercise 3 to 4 days each week for 20-40 minutes at a time.  Walking is a great way to start exercising. I walk some everyday and wear a pedometer. A pedometer is a wonderful little motivator that is worth every penny.  Wal-mart carries them for around $4-$5.

Report your loss on my blog (Letsmove) on Fridays or before if needed.  This is a commitment and is a big part of this challenge. 

We will have the biggest blog party each Friday and that is where you will report your loss for that week. We will have an Award Ceremony on Saturdays on the challenge blog to celebrate all your victories. Check in daily and report your good and off days, but not weight until fridays.

Is your name on the list? Pledge here today. If your name is on the list, did you remember to report your beginning weight?   Did you remember to pledge an amount between 2-10 lbs you wish to lose for the month of June? 

Here we go with week two, so lets stick together like crazy glue and stay 100% on plan. By the way Nutrisystem has plenty of sodium(salt) in all there meals, so there is no reason to add more salt to it.  It will only make your body retain water and make you feel bloated and heavier on the scale. Stay away from the salted peanuts, salted seeds, and salted popcorn unless your not planning to get on the scale the next day or two.

Welcome to Humpday.  Let's see how we can make this day go bye without any cheating to be found.  The weather here has been so hot and no rain.  The new puppy has been keeping me walking outside but slow slow moving,  I think another name just popped up...Mac or Max!  Puppy walking time.  Have a great day and do your best to stay 100% on plan.

Thanks, Marie.  I've been getting so much help from the people on the blogs and I'm really getting the hang of the website but more importantly, I'm getting the hang of the whole NS diet!  I've been diligently eating what I'm supposed to, and drinking lots of water, as well as walking my dog for 30 mins. every other day!

Hi Marie - I find that I am having another wonderful NS 100% day! I made it to the gym again last night, and hope to make it back tonight... I am so pleased with myself as I set a small goal and reach it, it really does make me feel more motivated.
Can't wait for Fridays weigh in - I hope everyone on the challenge is having another wonderful 100% NS day as well!

The puppy stayed home today with the guys.  He hasn't left my side since I got home.  He is so sweet.  A big six pounds pug puppy :o)  He is the sweetest baby.  He moves when you move and stops when you stop.  It's so funny.  I think we are going to call him Jr. Mac, maybe.  I have been calling him Baby and he follows me everywhere. Eddie was calling him Buddy but that was our Labs name.  This morning I was calling him Max and he tilted his head to the side. I think he likes the B words better.

It's been driving me nuts trying to not step on the scale, but i figured that it was better to weigh myself only on friday... this way i would not get depressed every single day seeing the scale move around (or stay static) :p nite all.
