week 2
Week 2 and 3 pounds lighter. Seems this is a more realistic loss then the first week. Been going to the gym and feeling good and starting to see results so that's pretty cool. I'm going to be a little more careful about the measurements for my veggies at night, I didn't realize most of them were supposed to be 1/2 a cup cooked so well see what that does next week. Otherwise the foods been good (sometimes tabasco sauce helps haha), not really feeling hungry, and no afternoon energy crashes.

As for seasoning the foods I love Italian seasonings (no salt)and use them on the lunches and dinners. Makes the food taste much better to me, but if Tabasco works for you then that is all that matters. I'm so glad they let us use the spices we like.
