So, I have always heard a lot about people cleansing their system. I have heard one extreme to another.
What is all of it all about? I understand purifying, but is that what your doing with water? What else does it help with. Why is it a good thing/bad thing?
Extreme- yucky shakes etc from health foods store.
Extreme?- Green coffee extract?
Is there something to do that IS healthy? Is there something that everyone should do other then just drink water?
