No picture today, my friends.  Just a reminder to self to find that photo, scan it in, and post it one day soon.  Man, I was fit back in the day!

I wrote an entire blog...unfortunately, I hit some control key on my laptop that deleted it.  So, no long, meandering blog for me today!  Lots of work to do...and SonBo returns this evening!
