We all have our percieved body image. Evan though I am pushing the double nickel as far as age goes, I work with a younger group and all that goes with that I have always kind of felt that self-percepually I was around the lower/mid 40ish. Last summer I caught a glimpse of myself through a reflection in a window. My inial thought was that "Thats not me". Because of that reality check I started the NS program with all that goes with it, including all of you. Well last weekend I caught another glimpse of myself through a reflection and again my initial though was "Thats not me" Thank you everyone for your continued support.. Mike
