At home today and it has been a pleasure using my own excercise equipment. I was able to weigh in on my scale and I am pleased to report in at 237.6. I am very suprised and confident that I am well on my way to my goal weight. I was a little worried that over the last week I have not been able to get my full excercise program in every day, in fact I have only been able to do half. My weight loss actually increased last week over the weeks before. I do not know if it has been a fluke or I have been doing too much cardio or simply I have been eating less. I do not plan on changing anything in my program as of yet and I will continue to do as much as possible until it is determined differently
