Hi!

Just placed my NS order today.  Hope it won't be too hard to adjust to.  I LOVE to eat!  But I weigh 245 lbs and need to get to 180 lbs not only for myself, but for my son as well.  Heart disease, diabetes, and cancer run in our family and I want to prevent whatever I can to be with him as long as I can.  I love you RJ....
