One Week Complete!
Well, I have one week under my belt.....and I stepped on the scale this morning with apprehension.  I knew I had lost something, definitely inches, but wasn't sure if it would show up on the scale....the grand total is 4 pounds.....in 7 days.....is that exciting or what?  My husband and kids have been so supportive....I am really lucky....plus I have all of you.  I feel wonderful and I have followed NS to the letter.....exercise included.  Two things I have noticed...portion control and exercise are a must......my gosh when I look back on how much food I have been eating for the last few years, it's no wonder the scales were going up!  My portions were definitely way out of line with what they should have been.  I would go without food all day and then stuff myself as fast and I could all evening......can't wait to see what next week holds for me.....I have increased my exercise now from 20 minutes to 30 minutes....even did a bit of jogging last night (felt like the old me when I ran 5k a day).....I am so looking forward to "feeling" good again.....well......that's it for me.....good luck everyone!

Congrats! I just finished week 2 and I'm down 5.6. I'm thrilled too! I completely agree -- my portions were way out of whack too. Talk about a reality shock. Good luck on your journey!
