I finally hit the 20 lb. loss marker!! WOO HOO!  It feels great and I want to thank my NS Family and Friends for their continued support.  It took a while to get here, but it was well worth it.  For all you new members, don't despair, you will have good days and bad ones.  But don't let the bad ones get in the way of your goal for a healthier lifestyle.  Keep on the plan and you will definitely get results!  This is the most caring and supportive group I've been involved with, and you guys are wonderful.  Stay strong and keep your eyes on the prize.
