Down Again!!
Not 'down' emotionally, but physically, like 17 lbs!  Just wanted to update my NS Friends and Family.  I've been out of town for about 10 days and I SURVIVED!!  Went to Las Vegas Baby and did not gain.  Had a great visit with my brother and had a lot of fun.  I took my food bars and a few snacks, and did not have much trouble staying close to the plan.  My husband was a great supporter and helped me choose protein and salads for fill-ins.  This seems like a slow loss compared to others, but I feel better every day.  My 1st NS Bear arrived while I was gone, and now I'm looking forward to the 2nd one.  Wishing everyone a great day!
