wake up call
My neighbor left for California at about midnight. He drives pretty much straight through twice a year from Washington to California to spend time with his elderly mother. I normally wake up when he leaves for work at 5:00 so didn't have my wake up call this morning. I awoke at about 5 to 5 so my body is still used to being up at that time. It has continued to rain but then we need the moisture so I'm not complaining by any means. Mr. Scale showed me the same weight as last week so at least I'm not gaining with eating an extra protein after my morning workout. Here's to a good Friday and on into the weekend. Betti
