time for some changes
It's time for some changes that I hope will jumpstart my weight loss.  Last week I had an ounce of protein after my workout and it took care of my hungry feeling afterwards.  Now this week I'll add the hot freshly squeezed lemonade and see what it does.  I'm almost beginning to wonder, if after almost 2 years on NS foods that my body is rebelling in some small ways.  Don't get me wrong I love the food (most of it anyway) but perhaps it's time for me to step back and do some soul-searching and shock my body some.  I still have a little over 10# to reach my final goal and that's probably part of my problem.  I'll call and talk with someone this week and see what they say about my situation.  Here's to a great week and yes November will be half over at midnight.  Betti

If 1% of your body weight is healthy weight loss, it sort of explains why weight loss slows when you near goal weight, although it doesn't make it any easier!
